FELIX WIEDEMANN, BSC GRADES JULIAN JARROLD'S "SULPHUR AND WHITE"!
After shooting Julian Jarrold's new movie SULPHUR + WHITE this past summer, Director of Photography, Felix Wiedemann, BSC is currently grading the film. The feature, produced by Emu Films stars Mark Stanley, Anna Friel, Emily Beecham and Dougray Scott and is based on the real life story of banker and mountaineer David Tait.
"A PRIVATE WAR" IS RELEASED IN US CINEMAS TODAY!
You can see our client Sophie Becher’s incredible production design on Academy Award nominee’s Matthew Heineman’s new film A PRIVATE WAR. Produced by Acacia Films, Thunder Road and The Fyzz, the movie stars Rosamund Pike, playing the fearless war correspondent Marie Colvin. After doing the festival rounds it has a limited release in the US today and then will be in cinemas worldwide from the 16th of November. Save the date UK!

“POSSUM” SEES ITS UK RELEASE TODAY!
Starring Sean Harris, Matthew Holness' feature debut, POSSUM is out in UK cinemas today! Produced by BFI and The Fyzz, the film features hair and make-Up design by echo’s Emma Scott, and art direction by Alexandra Toomey. The twisted horror sees a disgraced children's puppeteer being forced to confront his wicked stepfather and the secrets that have tortured him throughout his life.
WATCH THE AWARD WINNING SHORT FILM "BLACK SHEEP"!
After huge success at festivals this year, BLACK SHEEP, will be available to stream on The Guardian website today. Shot by the incredibly talented Michael Paleodimos and with costume design by the wonderful Sharon Long. The short doc, directed by Ed Perkins and produced by Lightbox for The Guardian, is a hard hitting and emotional story about a young black teenager who joins a white racist gang in order to fit in.
NEW HBO and SKY SERIES "SALLY4EVER" IS OUT TONIGHT!
If you didn't ever see the amazingly dark and brilliant NIGHTY NIGHT (pictured) back in the early 2000s then now's your chance to see Julia Davis latest TV comedy, SALLY4EVER, tonight on Sky Atlantic at 10pm. Echo’s fabulous Emma Fryer designed the costumes on this one. Enjoy!
EDITOR MATTEO BINI STARTS ON DEBUT CATHY BRADY FEATURE “WILDFIRE”!
After wonderful success with her short films, Cathy Brady’s feature debut WILDFIRE is underway and being edited by regular collaborator, Matteo Bini (pictured). The film is being produced by Cowboy Films, Film 4 and the BFI. Nika Mcguigan and Nora-Jane Noone star and play two sisters in a contemporary Ireland.

FEATURE FILM “LIMBO” SHOOTS
Ben Sharrock's Creative Scotland and Film 4 feature, LIMBO, has started shooting! With costumes designed by echo's Holly Rebecca, (pictured here on New Regency's HIS HOUSE), the film, set on a fictional Scottish island, tells the story of a group of refugees waiting to be granted asylum. LIMBO, starring Jack Ryan's Amir El-Masry, Vikash Bhai, Ola Orebiyi and Kwabena Ansah is Ben's follow up to his debut award winning feature, PIKADERO.

Exploring the darkest corners of extreme masculinity, the film follows Simon and his family moving to the suburbs where he will find a friend who challenges him into more and more transgressive actions. David Gallego, ADFC lensed the film with Snowglobe Films producing.
