AWARD WINS FOR ECHO SARAH BREWERTON AND SUSIE COULTHARD AT RTS CRAFT + DESIGN AWARDS!

We are so proud of our echo clients for their wins at the RTS Craft + Design Awards last night. Sarah Brewerton took home the Best Editing Award for her brilliant work on IT'S A SIN and Susie Coulthard received the Best Costume Award for her excellent work on BRAVE NEW WORLD.

"IT'S A SIN" IS OUT TOMORROW!

IT’S A SIN is out tomorrow! Directed by Peter Hoar and written by Russell T. Davies, the mini-series was cut by echo Editor Sarah Brewerton. The five parter is set in the 80s at the height of the Aids crisis. All episodes will be available on All4 from tomorrow.

The new short form series UNSAID STORIES, which is inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, airs tonight on ITV. Tune in at 9pm to the first film in the collection, GENERATIONAL, directed by Alrick Riley and cut by echo’s Editor Sarah Brewerton.

"WAR OF THE WORLDS" ON FOX TONIGHT AT 9PM!

The new Fox series WAR OF THE WORLDS will premiere tonight at 9pm! Episodes 5-8 were cut by echo’s Editor Sarah Brewerton, working with Director Richard Clark. The show, starring Elizabeth McGovern and Gabriel Byrne, is an adaption of H. G. Wells’ classic novel.

CHANNEL FOUR SERIES "BOYS" UNDERWAY!

New Channel Four series BOYS has begun shooting, with Peter Hoar directing and regular collaborator, echo’s Editor Sarah Brewerton, cutting the 5 part series! The show, starring Olly Alexander and written by Bafta winning writer Russel T. Davies, chronicles the lives of four friends throughout the 1980s and the rise of AIDS!

"DEEP WATER" ON ITV TONIGHT AT 9PM!

New series DEEP WATER airs tonight on ITV at 9pm! Directed by Harry Wootliff and Jim Loach, the 6 part series was designed by echo’s Production Designer Malin Lindholm and episodes 1 + 2 were cut by echo’s Editor Sarah Brewerton. The emotional thriller stars Anna Friel, Sinead Keenan and Rosalind Eleazar and is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Lake District.

Huge congratulations go to echo’s Guy Speranza for his Best Costume Design nomination at this year BIFAs for his work on STAN & OLLIE!

Our congrats also go to our clients who worked on the Best Film nominees; Costume Designer Jo Thompson and Production Designer Laura Ellis Cricks for BEAST, Luke Dunkley and Andy Worboys who co-edited AMERICAN ANIMALS and THE FAVOURITE with additional editing by Sam Sneade.

And finally, well done to all clients who worked on nominated films including APOSTASY cut by Napolean Stratogiannakis, THE HAPPY PRINCE cut by Nicolas Gaster, HAPPY NEW YEAR COLIN BURSTEAD with costumes by Emma Fryer and hair + make-up by Emma Scott, DEAD IN A WEEK with costume design by Natalie Humphries, CALIBRE features hair + make-up design by Bean Ellis, UNDER THE WIRE and DISOBEDIENCE both by art directed Bobbie Cousins and short film POMMEL cut by Sarah Brewerton.

The awards take place on 2nd of December in London. Well done team echo!

THE SHOOT ON NEW SERIES "DEEP WATER" BEGINS!

Production Designer, Malin Lindholm and Editor, Sarah Brewerton have begun the shoot on new series DEEP WATER for Kudos and ITV. Harry Wootliff, who has her directorial debut, ONLY YOU in London Film Festival this year (starring Josh O’Connor and Laia Costa) will direct the opening block of the six part series.  The emotional thriller follows the lives of three complex and vibrant women played by Anna Friel (pictured here in MARCELLA), Sinead Keenan and Rosalind Eleazar and is set against the beautiful and imposing backdrop of the Lake District.
