ANEIL KARIA'S "SURGE" IS OUT TODAY!

Aneil Karia’s debut feature, SURGE, is out today! Starring Ben Whishaw, the film was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival and was shot by DoP Stuart Bentley, BSC and designed by Production Designer Alexandra Toomey. You can see the film in cinemas across the UK and on digital platforms!

ECHO FESTIVAL FOCUS: "SURGE"!

Sundance is officially underway and Aneil Karia’s SURGE will have it’s world premiere on Sunday! Karia’s debut feature is nominated for the Grand Dury Prize in the World Cinema competition and was shot by regular collaborator DoP Stuart Bentley, BSC and designed by Production Designer Alexandra Toomey. The film stars Ben Whishaw, as we follow his character on a a tense and tightly wound thriller that unfolds over 24 hours…

BERLIN FILM FESTIVAL 2020 LINEUP SO FAR!

Berlin Film Festival have been announcing their 2020 lineup in waves, and while the full lineup is still to be announced, so far the following client projects will screen at the fest: Bassam Tariq’s MUGHAL MOWGLI (pictured) with Hair + Make-Up design by Bean Ellis and Additional Photography by Michael Paleodimos; H IS FOR HAPPINESS, shot by Bonnie Elliott, ACS; Aneil Karia’s SURGE, lensed by Stuart Bentley, BSC and with Production Design by Alexandra Toomey; HIGH GROUND will screen in the Special Programme section, shot by Andrew Commis, ACS; and finally included in Berlin Series will be Episodes 1 + 2 of STATELESS, shot by Bonnie Eliiott, ACS; and Episodes 1-5 of TRIGONOMETRY shot by Sean Price Williams and eps 1, 3 + 5 cut by Morten Højbjerg (further eps also cut be Editor Dan Roberts).

The full festival lineup should be announced before the end of the month and the fest runs from 20th Feb - 1st March 2020.

SUNDANCE LINEUP 2020!

Sundance 2020 Lineup has been announced and we are very excited to say the following client projects will all be screened at the festival: Sean Durkin’s THE NEST, with Hair + Make-Up Design by Emma Scott, will have it’s World Premiere; TESLA, shot by DoP Sean Price Williams, will screen in the US Drama Competition along with Lee Isaac Chung’s MINARI lensed by DoP Lachlan Milne, ACS; Aneil Karia’s SURGE, shot by Stuart Bentley, BSC and with production design by Alexandra Toomey, will be competing in the World Cinema Drama category; and HIS HOUSE, with costume design by Holly Rebecca, will screen in the Midnight section!

The festival runs from 23rd January - 2nd February 2020 in Salt Lake City.

Ruth Paxton’s short film, BE STILL MY BEATING HEART, premieres at London Film Festival today! Designed by Alexandra Toomey, it will feature in the “When You Think You Know How It Ends” section of the festival.
