AINU MOSIR is released on Netflix today!
Takeshi Fukunaga’s film was shot by echo DoP Sean Price Williams and won the Best Narrative Feature - Jury mention at Tribeca Film Festival this year. The story is set in Japan where 14-year-old indigenous Ainu teen Kanto searches for a spiritual connection with his recently deceased father.

TESLA it out in the US today! The film, directed by Michael Almereyda, screened at this year’s Sundance Film Fest and is shot by echo’s Director of Photography Sean Price Williams. Ethan Hawke stars in the biopic as famous inventor Nikola Tesla.

Don’t miss the first two episodes of TRIGONOMETRY airing on BBC Two tonight at 10pm! The series, that premiered at Berlin Film Festival last month , was shot by Sean Price Williams (eps 1-5) and cut by Editor's Morten Højbjerg (eps 1, 3 + 5) and Dan Roberts (eps 6 + 8)!
TRIBECA LINEUP 2020!
The 2020 lineup for Tribeca Film Festival was announced yesterday! We are excited to see that AINU MOSIR (pictured), shot by Sean Price Williams is in the International Narrative Competition and MONDAY, cut by Napoleon Stratogiannakis, and BAD EDUCATION, with Costume Design by Alex Bovaird, are both in the Spotlight Narrative lineup.
The festival runs in New York City from 15th of April - 26th April 2020!

BERLIN FILM FESTIVAL 2020 LINEUP SO FAR!
Berlin Film Festival have been announcing their 2020 lineup in waves, and while the full lineup is still to be announced, so far the following client projects will screen at the fest: Bassam Tariq’s MUGHAL MOWGLI (pictured) with Hair + Make-Up design by Bean Ellis and Additional Photography by Michael Paleodimos; H IS FOR HAPPINESS, shot by Bonnie Elliott, ACS; Aneil Karia’s SURGE, lensed by Stuart Bentley, BSC and with Production Design by Alexandra Toomey; HIGH GROUND will screen in the Special Programme section, shot by Andrew Commis, ACS; and finally included in Berlin Series will be Episodes 1 + 2 of STATELESS, shot by Bonnie Eliiott, ACS; and Episodes 1-5 of TRIGONOMETRY shot by Sean Price Williams and eps 1, 3 + 5 cut by Morten Højbjerg (further eps also cut be Editor Dan Roberts).
The full festival lineup should be announced before the end of the month and the fest runs from 20th Feb - 1st March 2020.
SUNDANCE LINEUP 2020!
Sundance 2020 Lineup has been announced and we are very excited to say the following client projects will all be screened at the festival: Sean Durkin’s THE NEST, with Hair + Make-Up Design by Emma Scott, will have it’s World Premiere; TESLA, shot by DoP Sean Price Williams, will screen in the US Drama Competition along with Lee Isaac Chung’s MINARI lensed by DoP Lachlan Milne, ACS; Aneil Karia’s SURGE, shot by Stuart Bentley, BSC and with production design by Alexandra Toomey, will be competing in the World Cinema Drama category; and HIS HOUSE, with costume design by Holly Rebecca, will screen in the Midnight section!
The festival runs from 23rd January - 2nd February 2020 in Salt Lake City.
SEAN PRICE WILLIAMS SHOOTS MICHAEL ALMEREYDA'S "TESLA"!
After collaborating previously on MARJORIE PRIME, Director of Photography, Sean Price Williams is teaming up again with Director Michael Almereyda’s to shoot his latest feature TESLA! The film about the inventor Nikola Tesla is currently filming in NYC and will star Ethan Hawke, Eve Hewson and Kyle MacLachlan.
SEAN PRICE WILLIAMS WRAPS ON "TRIGONOMETRY"!
Director of Photography, Sean Price Williams has now wrapped on BBC Two’s new series TRIGONOMETRY! Sean has been working alongside Directors Athina Rachel Tsangari and Stella Corradi for the last few months. We are looking forward to seeing the final series which is currently being cut by echo’s editors Morten Højbjerg and Dan Roberts.

"HER SMELL" IS OUT TODAY IN THE US!
HER SMELL, the new feature from director Alex Ross Perry, is out in the US today! The film is shot by Perry’s regular collaborator, echo’s DoP Sean Price Williams and stars Elisabeth Moss. Moss plays a self-destructive musician who is struggling not only with her sobriety but also with maintaining the relationships in her life.

BRITISH ARROW NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED!
We are very proud to congratulate our clients on their British Arrow nominations; Jon Henson is nominated for Best Production Design for his work on CONFUSED.COM, directed by Aoife McArdle and Director of Photography Sean Price Williams who is nominated for his work on Clayton Vomero’s ZOZO.
Congratulations also go to Production Designer Kave Quinn who worked on Steve Roger’s Amazon Prime Video commercials for VIKINGS, JACK RYAN, OUTLANDER + LUCIFER which are all nominated in three categories; Natalie Humphries designed costumes on Department For Education, EVERY LESSON SHAPES A LIFE, directed by 32 which is also nominated in three categories; Costume Designer Holly Rebecca designed Fréderic Planchon’s Cadbury’s MUM’S BIRTHDAY which is nominated for two awards; Costume Designer Michelle May worked on the BBC Christmas campaign WONDERLAND has a further two nominations. Finally congraulations go again to Jon Henson who worked on the Nike China spot, SORRY BILL, which is nominated for Best International commercial.

NEW BBC DRAMA SERIES "TRIGONOMETRY" STARTS SHOOTING!
The new BBC Two Series TRIGONOMETRY is now underway! Echo’s DoP, Sean Price Williams will shoot the 8 part drama while echo’s Morten Højbjerg will cut episodes 1, 3 and 5 for Director Athina Rachel Tsangari (THE CAPSULE, pictured).

SEAN PRICE WILLIAMS BEGINS WORK ON NEW ALEX ROSS PERRY FEATURE!
HER SMELL, the new Alex Ross Perry feature starts shooting this week. Lensed by long time collaborator Sean Price Williams, the film stars Elizabeth Moss and Amber Heard. Produced by Bow and Arrow Entertainment the story follows a self-destructive punk rocker who struggles to remain sober while looking for creative inspiration.
MAINELAND IS RELEASED TODAY IN THE US!
The Documentary, MAINELAND, directed by Miao Wang comes out in the US today. It follows the enormous wave of "parachute students" from Mainland China enrolling in U.S. private schools. Shot over three years in China and the U.S., MAINELAND tells a multi-layered coming-of-age tale. Its is shot by Sean Price Williams and produced by Three Waters Productions.
"GOOD TIME" RELEASED IN THE UK TODAY
Having received critical acclaim at Cannes International Film Festival, including a Palme D'Or nomination, A24's GOOD TIME, a thriller lensed by Sean Price Williams and directed by brothers Benny and Josh Safdie, opens in UK theaters today. Starring Jennifer Jason Leigh, the film follows an unrecognizable Robert Pattinson as a young man seeking to save his brother (Benny Safdie) from law enforcement after a botched bank robbery.
