BRITISH ARROWS 2020 SHORTLIST ANNOUNCED!

We are very proud to say that echo’s Production Designer, Jon Henson, has received a well deserved British Arrows nomination for his work on the Sainsbury’s Christmas spot NICHOLAS THE SWEEP! The commercial has received 8 nominations in total, including nods in the Best Over 90 Seconds and Retailers categories!

Congratulations also go to our clients who worked on the following shortlisted ads: Costume Designer Holly Rebecca for her work on both KFC CHICKEN TOWN and Cadbury’s FENCE which have both received nominations in the Food + Non-Alcoholic Catergory as well as Best Over 30 Seconds; DoP Rachel Clark for her work on BBC NUMBER 10 which is nominated for Best Over 15 Seconds; DoP Edgar Dubrovskiy for his work on MALARIA NO MORE nominated for Most Innovative Use of Video; Hair + Make-Up Designer Kirstin Chalmers who designed PRIDE JUBILEE which Director Fred Rowson has received a New Director nomination for; and last but not least, Costume Designer, Jo Thompson, who designed Dept for Education TUESDAY which has received 5 nominations including Best Over 30 and Best Over 90 Seconds!

ROUND UP OF BRITISH ARROWS 2019!

We are finishing the week on a high with a round up of the British Arrow Awards!

Production Designer Kave Quinn who worked on Steve Roger’s Amazon Prime Video commercials for VIKINGS, JACK RYAN, OUTLANDER + LUCIFER won a Golden Arrow for Best UK Campaign and a further 4 Silver Awards and 1 Bronze Award for it’s individual show ads; Natalie Humphries designed costumes for Department For Education’s EVERY LESSON SHAPES A LIFE which won 4 Silver Arrows including Best Over 30 Seconds and Best over 90 Seconds; Costume Designer Holly Rebecca designed Fréderic Planchon’s Cadbury’s MUM’S BIRTHDAY which won both a Silver and Bronze Arrow; Costume Designer Michelle May worked on the BBC Christmas campaign WONDERLAND which won a Bronze Arrow for Entertainment Promotions. Well Done to all!

And of course Congratulations to again to the finalists Jon Henson for his nomination for Best Production Design on CONFUSED.COM and DoP Sean Price Williams for his nomination for his work on ZOZO spot.

We are very proud to congratulate our clients on their British Arrow nominations; Jon Henson is nominated for Best Production Design for his work on CONFUSED.COM, directed by Aoife McArdle and Director of Photography Sean Price Williams who is nominated for his work on Clayton Vomero’s ZOZO.

Congratulations also go to Production Designer Kave Quinn who worked on Steve Roger’s Amazon Prime Video commercials for VIKINGS, JACK RYAN, OUTLANDER + LUCIFER which are all nominated in three categories; Natalie Humphries designed costumes on Department For Education, EVERY LESSON SHAPES A LIFE, directed by 32 which is also nominated in three categories; Costume Designer Holly Rebecca designed Fréderic Planchon’s Cadbury’s MUM’S BIRTHDAY which is nominated for two awards; Costume Designer Michelle May worked on the BBC Christmas campaign WONDERLAND has a further two nominations. Finally congraulations go again to Jon Henson who worked on the Nike China spot, SORRY BILL, which is nominated for Best International commercial.

The award ceremony takes place on the 27th March in London! Good Luck all!
