EUROVISION, co-written by and starring Will Ferrell, started shooting this week! Echo’s Hair + Make-Up Designer Emma Scott is working on the comedy for Netflix which is being directed by David Dobkin and also stars Rachel McAdams and Pierce Brosnan.
