“A PRIVATE WAR”: ECHO FESTIVAL FOCUS

Academy Award nominee, Matthew Heineman’s latest work, A PRIVATE WAR, had it’s world premiere at TIFF and will premiere in the UK at the London Film Festival on 20th October. Based on true events, the biographical drama tells the chronicles of American-born British war reporter, Marie Colvin (played by Rosamund Pike), who has been driven for years by a persistent urge to bear witness and give voice to the voiceless.
